Two members of St. Cloud State University’s Husky Bass Fishing Club finished in 20th place in Saturday’s Fishing League Worldwide College Fishing tournament on Table Rock Lake in Missouri.
The top 15 teams qualified for the FLW College Fishing Central Conference Championship. The top 10 teams from five conference championships advance to nationals.
“None of us have any experience building or doing anything with planes,” said team member Blake Torfin. “We do now, but we really had to research how a plane worked when we first started.
