NNCNOW.com — A recent series of high profile cyber–attacks is drawing attention to the shortage of qualified workers to protect our personal data online.
Northland students learned about cyber security as part of a pilot program sponsored by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the National Science Foundation to train the next generation of the cyber security workforce.

“We’re part of a scholarship program called Cyber Core in conjunction with St. Cloud State. You can go here for two years and then transfer to St. Cloud state for the second two years,” said McLain.
