David R. Smith exhibits his watercolors and Asian brush paintings June 1-27 at Blaine City Hall during an art show sponsored by Blaine Arts Council.

Smith grew up in St. Francis, attended Anoka Ramsey Community College and St. Cloud State University, and is presently teaching in the Eden Prairie School system.
