Enrollment down, diversity up in St. Cloud higher ed

ST CLOUD TIMES — Student headcount is down this fall at St. Cloud State University, but the number of non-white students is up.

St. Cloud State gained almost 5 percent more students of color over this time last year, said Dan Gregory, interim provost and vice present of academic affairs. University enrollment dropped about 3 percent.
