Throughout Huskies First Four new students had a chance to explore campus and make new friends during welcoming events. The 62 events of Huskies First Four Days were helped along by 101 orientation leaders.

The newly-designed Morning Welcome with Campus Recreation Friday morning drew nearly 1,000 students followed by a full day of academic orientation events and afternoon workshops. That evening, more than 900 new and returning students unwound in Atwood Memorial Center by enjoying food and games during Atwood After Dark.

The activities continued on Saturday with a morning Pep Rally led by student athletes, Huskies Sports Band and campus spirit teams followed by service events in Atwood Memorial Center. The night wrapped up with dance at Club Red. Students closed out the first four days with events at Lake George, Neon ZUMBA workouts, evening trivia and an ice cream social.

Huskies First Events will continue throughout the First Four Weeks to help all new and returning students prepare for a successful year.
