The 57th Winter Institute was Feb. 7-8, 2019. A sesquicentennial event for St. Cloud State University, the theme was “Immigration Explored.”
Thursday evening included a networking reception and presentations by Mynul Khan ’04 and Jim Bullard ’84 at 912 Regency Plaza in downtown St. Cloud. Friday morning, George Borjas, Kao Kalia Yang and Brian Caplan all presented in Ritsche Auditorium on the St. Cloud State campus prior to lunch and deliberate dialogue.
Despite significant winter weather and a campus closure Friday morning, programming went on as scheduled.
