St. Cloud State’s student-focused Applied Behavior Analysis master’s degree program helps students work directly with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families to help develop and support strategies that work best for their unique situations. The program is rooted in the fact that working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families is an immense responsibility –faculty and students alike work tirelessly, knowing at the end of the day, they’re transforming lives in their communities. As the need for professionals in the area of autism only grows, St. Cloud State’s program is a rigorous training ground, equipping students with the real-world, interdisciplinary experience they’ll need in working with patients and families.
“We’re fortunate to be able to partner with fantastic autism support programs all over the world. It really helps us to focus our online education on classroom work that lets students apply what they learn the very next day” says Dr. Benjamin Witts, coordinator of the master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis program.
