St. Cloud State University will take part in St. Cloud’s week-long community celebration of Pride Week 2022 from Sept. 12-18. Throughout the week, events will occur throughout St. Cloud, including events that will be held in the Atwood Memorial Center Ballroom at St. Cloud State on Sept. 16.
St. Cloud’s Pride Week 2022 begin Sept. 12 with a Pride Skate kick-off at the Skatin’ Place in St. Cloud. Events conclude Sept. 18 with a St. Cloud Pride Parade at 2 p.m. in Downtown St. Cloud.
St. Cloud State’s LGBT Resource Center will have a table at the Pride in the Park event from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sept. 17 at Lake George. Drag Troupe of SCSU, a student organization affiliated with the LGBT Resource Center, will have an All-Ages Drag Show at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Atwood Memorial Center Ballroom. There will also be a Youth Pride Dance Party held in the Atwood Memorial Center Ballroom on Sept. 16.
