“Hey, You Okay?” is a campus-wide initiative designed to assist students, faculty and staff to feel better equipped to start a conversation with someone they’re concerned about. This week is also dedicated to making intentional efforts to check-in with others and be real if we’re feeling out of sorts.
Events are open to all members of the St. Cloud State campus community. Activities other than the events in Garvey Commons are free.
If interested individuals aren’t able to attend events during the week, there are still ways that you can be engaged. Healthy Huskies encourages all to schedule a 15-minute Hey, You Okay? presentation either in person or online, take a free and confidential self-assessment, check in on a friend, write a gratitude letter to someone, prioritize self-cared, do a random act of kindness and more.
All events during the week can be found on Huskies Connect.
