The Information Systems Department Student-Faculty-Staff (SFS) end of the semester celebration was April 24th 2023 in the Voyageur room in Atwood Memorial Center. IS Department Chair, Dr. Susantha Herath led the celebration and award ceremony to recognize and celebrate IS/MSIA student and faculty achievements, including faculty and student research publications, conference presentations, academic awards, academic scholarships, and Spring 2023 graduates. Students received certificates to commemorate their hard work and achievements. Also at the event, 8 IS/MSIA students were introduced as the incoming IS Program Ambassadors.
Through their attendance at recruitment events, the IS ambassadors will represent the department everywhere they go. Congratulations to everyone honored at the event for your academic and professional achievements and for your contributions to the IS/MSIA Department.
