St. Cloud State University has been named to U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 Best Colleges Rankings.
St. Cloud State ranked 33rd in the Midwest for Top Public Universities and 95th overall in Midwest Regional Universities, moving up three spots from the 2025 rankings.
2026 Rankings broke down schools into four regions and evaluated more than 1,700 U.S. colleges and universities.
SCSU was nationally ranked for their engineering, nursing, computer science and psychology programs.
