Team USA — Sailing to an 8-0 record in the span of seven days, the U.S. Women’s Sitting Volleyball Team capped its run with gold, defeating host China in four sets (25-22, 12-25, 25-20, 28-26) in the title match of the World ParaVolleyBall Intercontinental Cup in Anji, China.
The gold medal team includes St. Cloud State kinesiology professor Laura Finch, team manager, and alumna Cara Lang ’05, assistant coach.
