Dr. Khalil's expertise includes software engineering, geospatial computing, graph mining and visualization, and large-scale transportation and traffic simulation. He is particularly interested in discussing traffic modeling and simulation, transportation systems, geospatial data and visualization, graph-based computing, and the development of practical computing solutions for real-world problems. Dr. Khalil also work on applying artificial intelligence and intelligent agents to these areas.
