Haley O’Brien, a 2013-14 senior from Excelsior, has been crowned Miss Minnesota USA 2014. She competed for the Miss USA title during an NBC television broadcast June 8 live from Baton Rouge, La., and made it into the top 20.
O’Brien is studying medical biology and psychology, with a minor in chemistry.
