ST. Cloud Times — Bryan DeMaine grew up about 15 minutes from the Canadian border in Munich, North Dakota. So he grew up on skates and playing hockey, right?
“I never played hockey,” DeMaine said with a smile. “My dad was the principal and boys basketball coach.”
So he played basketball and baseball. But DeMaine has become an important part of the St. Cloud State University men’s hockey program as its athletic trainer for the last 10 seasons.
