Pioneering restaurant marks 25th year

Michael “Mickey” McCabe ’87 and his wife, Shelia, say they were among the first Minnesota restaurateurs to offer healthy food, ban smoking and launch a website. Q. Cumbers, their Edina salad and buffet restaurant, celebrates its 25^th anniversary this month.
