St. Cloud Times – Following in his older brother’s footsteps is something Tom Imholte has always done.
But the Mankato MoonDogs catcher wouldn’t have it any other way. The older brother, St. Cloud Rox assistant coach Phil Imholte, is somebody he’s looked up to his entire life.
“My whole life I always watched him play and looked up to him,” Tom said. “He’s had a pretty fun career to watch. All the way back to 2007 when he got the game-winning hit in the state tournament for (St. Cloud) Cathedral and then watching the success he had at St. Cloud State and with the Rox.
