St. Cloud State University has earned a $10,000 donation from Wells Fargo, its number one corporate employer of St. Cloud State graduates throughout the past five years. The Wells Fargo Leadership Fund is donating $8,500 to help support the Career Services Resource Center with new computers and large screen monitors, and donating $1,500 to support academic programs of Multicultural Students Services. “We earned this award due to the effective partnership and recruiting relationships we’ve developed with Wells Fargo,” said Andrew Ditlevson, associate director of the Career Services Center. The donation provides immediate impact to service all students making use of the Student Computer Lab. “It says a lot about the effective partnerships that our Career Services Center and the university has developed with many organizations – Wells Fargo in particular – in serving our students and the business community,” Ditlevson said. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for noon Oct. 5 in the lobby of the Career Services Center in Centennial Hall.
