Through the month of October, St. Cloud State University is waving application fees for undergraduate applicants.
The promotion is part of College Knowledge Month, an initiative of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
Staff from St. Cloud State will be volunteering at high school events around the state in October to assist students with applications and sharing information about the college experience.

The month-long effort will allow students to do more than just submit an application. The objective is to help high schools build upon a culture of college-readiness and to inform students about postsecondary opportunities.
St. Cloud State is one of the few Minnesota colleges and universities offering free applications all month long for College Knowledge Month. Many are opting to waive applications for one week.
Application fees for qualified low-income students are always waived at MnSCU schools.
