Inforum — Moorhead High School graduate and current St. Cloud State defenseman Will Borgen has made the U.S. National Junior hockey team. The 22-man player roster was made official Wednesday and Borgen is one of seven defensemen to make the squad.
The team will finish training camp Dec. 24 before competing on Dec. 26 in Finland. The U.S. will compete in a group with Canada, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. All U.S. games will be broadcast live on NHL Network.
