West Central Tribune — The Willmar City Council approved three new nominees to the revitalized Human Rights Commission during the Jan. 4 and Jan. 19 meetings. The newest members are Bashir Abdi, Adbara Abdulahi Mohamed and Shelly Huseby.

Mohamed is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in political science and international relations.
