When he moved to the Central Minnesota to attend St. Cloud State, the ethnic food options at the time were much more limited. So he improvised.
“I remember going to the St. Cloud State library and finding every cookbook I could,” Chad said.
And after sharing them with his own family, Chad now plans to share the recipes with other families.
