St. Cloud Times — A Somali hip-hop collective will perform and participate in a Central Minnesota residency in October, staff from Paramount Arts announced this week.

Waayaha Cusub, which means “new era,” will in be St. Cloud for a week-long residency in late October and perform Nov. 4. The residency will include eight to 10 artist-led events for a variety of audiences, including colleges and K-12 schools, and workshops in poetry and songwriting, discussion and pop-up shows.
