Jessica Kisner graduated magna cum laude from the School of Health and Human Services. When she walked up to get her diploma, she was greeted by her sister.
Sgt. Kaitlyne Kisner hadn’t seen her sister for 18 months. That’s because Kaitlyne has been serving in the U.S. Army in Italy.
