Three finalists for the associate provost of graduate and professional education will visit St. Cloud State University in February and March.
Diane Duin, Becky Copper-Glenz and Priscilla Romkema will participate in open forum sessions with students, employees and community members.

The position is responsible for developing and implementing graduate and professional education that aligns with the university’s mission. The associate provost will work with academic units to plan, develop, market, administer and assess graduate and professional programs.
The open sessions will be held in the Atwood Memorial Center. Each of the candidates give a presentation in an open forum on their understanding of the issues and trends in higher education related to graduate and professional education, their vision for graduate and professional education at St. Cloud State and how they would lead the unit to achieve their vision. The presentations will last no more than 20 minutes followed by an opportunity for questions.
The open forums will be:
- Diane Duin, 12:45-1:30 p.m. Feb. 22 in the Alumni Room
- Becky Copper-Glenz, 1:45-2:30 p.m. Feb. 27 in the Alumni Room
- Priscilla Romkema, 12:45-1:30 p.m. March 1 in the Glacier Room
Duin is the dean of the College of Allied Health Professions at Montana State University Billings. She has a Ph.D. in rural sociology from South Dakota State University, Brookings.
Copper-Glenz is the associate provost for Graduate, Continuing Education, Educational Partnerships and Extended Campus at Saint Xavier University in Chicago. She has a Doctor of Education in Leadership with an emphasis in higher education from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis.
Romkema is the dean of the College of Business and Natural Sciences at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. She has a Ph.D. in education from the University of Wyoming, Laramie.
