The conference presents a broad intersection of electro-acoustic music and art in small and large concert venues on campus, a downtown nightclub and in guerrilla concerts — more than 100 works in all.

This year’s SEAMUS Award Winner, Carla Scaletti, will be at St. Cloud State to receive the award and present a concert of her music, featuring Kyma, the sound design language she invented.
Registration is $180 for the conference and gives ticket holders access to 14 concerts, three installations and two paper and panel sessions over the course of three days. St. Cloud State students, faculty and staff have free access to the events on campus.
Day passes can be purchased at the registration desk at the day of the event for $75 or $40 for students and seniors.
Tickets for Late Night concerts at The Nest above the Pickled Loon will be available at the door for those who aren’t registered concert-goers.
The 2017 conference is the second time St. Cloud State is hosting the SEAMUS conference. St. Cloud State hosted the organization’s 25th anniversary conference in 2010.
SEAMUS is a non-profit national organization of composers, performers and teachers of electro-acoustic music.
