Get lost in the traditional and moving Spanish musical style of Elena Martín and José Melitón.
The Martín Melitón Duo with be hosting a free piano recital at 5 p.m. on Friday Sept. 29 in the Performing Arts Center Recital Hall at St. Cloud State University.
The Duos brilliant music is inspired by and keeps them connected to Spain, their homeland. They travel to share their art around the world and are considered distinguished ambassadors of Spanish music as well as duo piano literature.
Martín and Melitón will also deliver a presentation at 12 noon on Friday Sept. 29 in the Performing Arts Center Recital Hall at St. Cloud State. The presentation will take place during the Department of Music Convocation and it will touch on how their music is inspired by their Spanish origins. Admission to convocation is also free.
