ST CLOUD TIMES — Frank Ringsmuth was studying photographic engineering technology at St. Cloud State University in 1973 when he was hired part-time at The Camera Shop.
Ringsmuth said it was one of only two programs in the country to offer a four-year degree, and he hoped his studies would lead to a job with Kodak or another one of the nation’s leading film companies.
