ST CLOUD TIMES — More than 50 high school girls were up to their elbows in slime and computer guts at St. Cloud State University on Saturday.
They were part of the 27th annual Horizons Conference, an event aimed to spur interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and STEM-related careers.
At the event, girls could dig into activities that explore the uses of chemistry, energy, electricity, health care and more.
