ST. CLOUD TIMES — Ron Seibring had his help all lined up — finally — to take St. Cloud State University’s Husky Dome down on Tuesday.
Then the forecast called for a good chance of showers. That pushed it deflating the dome to Wednesday, but that means several of Seibring’s helpers will not be there.
