SCSU alumnus gives school big donation

KNSI – A week before the start of homecoming at St. Cloud State University a program has been given a million-dollar donation.

SCSU alumnus Jim and Ann Marie Maciej of Annandale, gave the money to the university’s nursing program.

This is the largest-ever gift to the School of Health and Human Services.

In recognition of the gift, The Department of Nursing Science wing in Brown Hall will be named the “Jim ’73 and Ann Marie Maciej Nursing Education Suite.”

The donation will fund the creation of new nursing-simulation labs and related technology infrastructure.

It will also support future technology purchases.
