American Legion National Commander Brett Reistad and Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner Larry Herke visited with students at St. Cloud State University March 12.
Reistad and Herke visited with student veterans in the Veterans Resource Center to greet them and update them about the current climate of veterans affairs.
The Veterans Affairs leaders also visited with students, faculty, staff and community members at a community reception on campus.
The event was hosted by the St. Cloud State Veterans Resource Center and the Fighting Saints Battalion.
