SCSU kicks off area colleges’ commencements

ST. CLOUD TIMES — Spring commencements at area colleges and universities started Friday with St. Cloud State University holding two ceremonies at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center for 1,232 undergraduate students, 350 graduate students and 18 doctoral students.
