New signage will make student services such as Financial Aid, Records and Registration easier to find within the building.

Renovation of the Administrative Services first floor common areas and student recruitment areas has begun.

The renovations will provide a new front door to prospective student and their family and an improved wayfinding for current students to access offices such as Financial Aid and Records and Registration.

Access to all offices will remain open during construction, which is expected to be completed in spring 2020.

The majority of the renovation is being funded by the recent land sales to the city. These funds can only be used for specific purposes such as building improvements, and cannot be used for general fund purposes.

Among the plans for the renovation are new carpet and furniture, upgraded wall treatments and lighting, accessible restrooms, improved Admissions presentation room, a notable alumni display and an open-concept area focused on current students.

GLT Architects developed the renovation plans and work is being done by KUE Contractors Inc.
