An interactive digital display showcases alumni success stories next to the new Graduate Studies and Research & Sponsored Programs office in Administrative Services 101.

The Administrative Services building renovations are completed and the building’s offices are readying for St. Cloud State University’s physical reopening Aug. 3.

Renovations to the first floor common and student recruitment areas have made the building more accessible and welcoming for current students and visitors alike.

The renovations provide a new front door to prospective students and their families as well as improved wayfinding for current students to access offices such as Financial Aid and Records and Registration.

Renovations included:

  • New carpet and furniture
  • Upgraded wall treatments and lighting
  • Accessible restrooms
  • An updated Admissions presentation room
  • A notable alumni display
  • An open-concept study area
  • A fireplace

GLT Architects developed the renovation plans and work was done by KUE Contractors Inc.

Along with the updates have come a few new locations for some offices to better serve students and the campus community:

  • The School of Graduate Studies and Research & Sponsored Programs are now co-located just off the newly-renovated lobby in Suite 101
  • The Office of Institutional Equity & Access is now located in Suite 121
  • Analytics and Institutional Research is now located in Suite 210
