Renovations to the first floor common and student recruitment areas have made the building more accessible and welcoming for current students and visitors alike.
The renovations provide a new front door to prospective students and their families as well as improved wayfinding for current students to access offices such as Financial Aid and Records and Registration.
Renovations included:
- New carpet and furniture
- Upgraded wall treatments and lighting
- Accessible restrooms
- An updated Admissions presentation room
- A notable alumni display
- An open-concept study area
- A fireplace
GLT Architects developed the renovation plans and work was done by KUE Contractors Inc.
Along with the updates have come a few new locations for some offices to better serve students and the campus community:
- The School of Graduate Studies and Research & Sponsored Programs are now co-located just off the newly-renovated lobby in Suite 101
- The Office of Institutional Equity & Access is now located in Suite 121
- Analytics and Institutional Research is now located in Suite 210
