The Lemonade Art Fair is one of St. Cloud State’s best-known campus traditions and marks the opening of the St. Cloud’s Granite City Days community-wide event.
The event returned this June after a hiatus in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s event featured 140 vendors spread throughout campus including many long-time vendors and 43 new vendors who showcased at the Lemonade Art Fair for the first time. New to the art fair this year was the Great River Children’s Museum, which offered a variety of demonstrations and activities geared toward children.
The Granite City Days Opening Ceremonies was held at 6:30 p.m. at Husky Stadium and featured the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra, the Fabulous Armadillos, special guest singers and the Rock On Awards.
The Lemonade Concert and Art Fair is managed by the Department of Campus Involvement, with sponsorship from the Central Minnesota Arts Board, via the state Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
