The Fall 2021-Spring 2022 Campus Recreation Program Guide is out and it is filled with engaging opportunities for students to exercise, engage, compete and explore.
“We provide a quality recreation experience in a supportive and inclusive environment,” said Campus Recreation Director Calvin Diggs. “There are many benefits to being a SCSU Campus Recreation member, including informal recreation, Group X fitness, intramural sports, aquatics, outdoor recreation, and much more.”
The booklet includes the Group X classes, Intramural and Community Service project schedules, Sports Club contacts and outdoor recreation schedule that includes weekend and day trips.
“In an effort to accommodate all of our members, we provide multiple workout areas and programs to address various skills, abilities and individual comfort levels,” Diggs said.
