St. Cloud State University welcomed prospective students and their families to campus Oct. 20-22 for Open House: Discover Red & Black, an annual event that coincided with St. Cloud State’s Homecoming 2022.
Open House provided attendees the opportunity to meet members of St. Cloud State’s vibrant campus community while learning more about our Husky experience. Open House offerings included admissions presentations, engaging walking tours, and an information fair.
“I got to see a lot of things I didn’t even know campus had,” said Delika Monsen, a student from Little Falls, Minnesota. “It was really nice to not have a huge group, so you can get more personalized.”
Tours included visits to all aspects of campus life, including stops in dorms, academic buildings, the recreation center and more. Prospective students also spoke with representatives from various departments and colleges within the University.
“Our tour guide was really good; she prompted questions and gave us a lot of good inside (information),” said Stacy Jacobsen, a parent from Stacy, Minnesota.
