St. Cloud State University’s Associate Director of Human Resources has been honored by Minnesota State.
Angie Notch has earned the Minnesota State Human Resources All-Star Award in recognition of her outstanding work and leadership in HR, her service to the SCSU campus and dedication to continuous improvement.
Notch became the associate director in 2022. She supervises both business partners and benefits specialists, and she has led complex initiatives such as athletic coach pay, IFO hiring in Workday, layoff procedures, and BESI offers.
“She has been instrumental in streamlining key HR processes,” HR team members Kayla Filbert, Nicholas Hemmesch and Steve South said in their nomination. “She consistently questions outdated practices to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.”
