Rolf Turner, Sauk Rapids, co-authored the book “Red Wing to Hong Kong” with his mother, Peggy Seiz Turner. The book is a compilation of letters that Seiz Turner’s brother, Don, wrote to his parents and to her while serving as a U.S. naval aviator during World War II.
