The Nigerian Students Organization will be presenting Nigerian Night on April 28 at St. Cloud State.
The evening begins with a dinner at 5 p.m. in Glacier and Voyaguers Rooms in Atwood Memorial Center followed by the main show at 7 p.m. in Ritsche Auditorium.
The theme for Nigerian Night is WAZOBIA, which means “come one, come all”. It is the first Nigerian Night and the Organization aims to educate the audience from all corners of the world through the performances and food presented. They want the audience to learn at least one new thing about Nigerian culture. They also want the audience to enjoy the food and have a good time.
The Nigerian Students Organization is one that strives to share their culture to all the members within their communities and around the world. They pride themselves on their values and their mission is to change and maintain a positive narrative about Nigeria.
Tickets for the event are $8 for St. Cloud State students, $10 for the general public, and $5 for children 10 and under.
