An experiment that started last month in St. Cloud State University’s Aquatic Toxicology Lab expands upon 2012 studies that determined fish might be affected by pharmaceuticals entering rivers and lakes through wastewater treatment plant effluents.

Hussein said he wants to secure for all citizens equal opportunity in employment, housing, public accommodations, and full participation in city affairs by supporting the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, implementing the Minnesota Rights Act and by advising the council on long-range programs to improve community relations in the city.
