The Huskies claimed the NCAA Division II crown, while the Auggies added a 12th national title in Division III. The Gophers will try to make it a sweep this weekend.

SCSUHuskies.com — The St. Cloud State University wrestling team (17-2, 8-0 NSIC) wrote a new chapter in the history of the school’s athletic program by capturing the Huskies’ first-ever team national championship. SCSU brought home the 2015 NCAA Division II championship with a first place finish at the 2014-15 championships.

The St. Cloud State wrestling team accomplished a first for the school Saturday night. The program won the school’s first national championship in any sport by claiming the Division II national wrestling championship at Chaifetz Arena.
