David Borden, St. Cloud, graduated from the Minnesota State Patrol after 15 weeks of training and course work at Camp Ripley. As a cadet, Borden will be partnered with a veteran trooper for 16 weeks of field training before beginning his solo patrol in the Park Rapids area.
