St. Cloud Times — St. Cloud State University officials hope a state bonding bill this legislative session could allow the renovation of 85-year-old Eastman Hall to get underway later this year.
Sen. John Pederson, R-St. Cloud, has authored a bill for $18.5 million in bonding money for the project, which would turn the former physical education building into a health services center with a view of the Mississippi River.
