Jessica Lindquist ’10 earned the 2015 Emerging Leader of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for her efforts in the commercial real estate industry.
Lindquist, an assistant property manager at Shorenstein Realty Services in Minneapolis, received her bachelor’s degree in real estate from the Herberger School of Business.
“Jess was an excellent student. We have graduated a large number of highly successful participants in the real estate industry who are employed at the highest levels,” said Steve Mooney, professor of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate.
At Shorenstein, Lindquist is assisting with the management of a multi-million dollar renovation. She has responsibilities for all aspects of property management and takes lead roles in construction management and lease administration, among others.
The Emerging Leader of the Year award honors an up-and-coming property management professional in the industry who represents the next generation of commercial real estate leaders by dedication and professional development.
