KNSI – Kleis announced during the 45-minute speech a plan to reopen Friedrich Park in east St. Cloud. The park–in east St. Cloud–was closed in the mid 1970s for safety reasons.
Kleis says he’d like to have the park open again within a year. And he also expressed an interest in renovating the Amtrak Train depot on East Saint Germain Street.
