Faribault Daily News — From where C. Willi Myles is calling, Newport Beach, California, the weather is nice. It’s 70 degrees and sunny, he says, temperatures that are slightly nicer than what it has been here in Minnesota.
“Slightly nicer?” he asks, and when he’s informed of recent temperatures in the area during the first week in April, he laughs. “You should call that what it is—it’s a lotnicer here than it is there.”
This “acceptance of everything,” as he puts it, is the crux of his current stand up comedy tour, dubbed “The Line in The Sand.”

Billed as a “non-offensive comedian,” Myles recalled that he backed into a career as a stand-up comedian. Originally hailing from Alabama, he attended St. Cloud State to play football, majoring in psychology and much to his own surprise, theater.
