Princeton Union-Eagle — On June 1, Naomi Kolhoff, of Princeton, will pack up her new road bike and drive out to Washington state. There, she’ll join a group of at least a dozen other riders who plan to bike from Seattle to New York City, around 3,500 miles, in less than four weeks, from June 8 to Aug. 4.

Kolhoff moved to Princeton at the age of 10 and is currently a student at St. Cloud State University, studying business management. Her goal is to become an office manager and someday run her own business, perhaps a combination of wedding planning, photography and cosmetology.
